Our DeChaunac is a fruity, stainless steel finished red wine with light tannins. It is made from 100% Lake Erie region, hot pressed DeChaunac grapes. This wine opens with rich aromas of fig and plum. Led by plum flavors and undertones of tea and pineapple, it displays a delicate, yet tart finish of apple. Pair with almost anything off the grill, from chicken to pork chops to bluefish. Also great with pasta and gravy.
